Conference Workshops

Unlock a world of knowledge with a wide diverse selection of safety and health breakout workshops.

Our conference is designed to provide extensive learning opportunities, starting with captivating keynotes to kick off and conclude the event. In addition, we offer a range of preconference workshops, both paid and free, to cater to various interests and preferences. Event includes many selections of breakout sessions to throughout the event.

These workshops are thoughtfully crafted and presented by leaders in various industries, your peers, service providers, and product experts. You'll have the chance to gain insights, expertise, and fresh perspectives from a wide spectrum of sources, making your conference experience truly enriching.

There will be five (5) pre-conference FREE workshops you will be able to attend with your conference registration. These workshops will be June 4, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM, just prior to the Opening Session at 3:00 PM. There will also be three (3) PAID workshops on June 4, 2024 starting at 8AM and includes lunch that day (See bottom of page).

OSHA Special Government Employee (SGE) Class

The 2024 Conference will also be the host for the Region IV OSHA Special Government Employee (SGE) course. This is a free class to take but you must currently work for a company that has a VPP site. This class is given by OSHA, but will be held at our conference location prior to conference. You must apply and register for the class through OSHA and deadline is April 15, 2024.

The class will be June 2-4, 2024.

SGE Class will be held at the Courtyard Marriott in Gatlinburg, TN.

Preconference PAID Workshops

There will be Paid Pre-Conference Workshops offered on various topics for additional training opportunities. There is a lunch and snacks that are included with your Paid Workshop. The Paid Pre-Conference Workshops for 2024 are:

  • VPP Application Workshop (Tuesday, June 4, 2024 from 8 AM to 2:30 PM)

  • Practical Applications of HOP Concepts (Tuesday, June 4, 2022 from 8 AM to 12 PM)
